After the Indiana Pacers made him the fourth overall pick in the 1986 NBA Draft, Chuck Person made an immediate impact on both ends of the court. In his squad’s playoff-opener, Person trails a hopeful Atlanta Hawks scorer into the paint, timing his jump perfectly to earn an authoritative rejection off the glass.
