Al Horford and Josh Smith were teammates for six seasons, with each one ending the same way: a postseason berth for the Atlanta Hawks. The chemistry between the frontcourt duo was evident, with Smith’s forceful dunks and Horford’s silky-smooth touch providing a difficult-to-contain thunder and lightning combination. The two shot an identical 10-for-15 from the field in this March 5, 2010 contest against the Golden State Warriors, combining for 56 points, 24 rebounds, six assists, three steals and three blocks in a 127-122 victory. Earlier this season, Horford garnered his first of five All-Star selections playing alongside Smith, and the pair would go on to knock off the Milwaukee Bucks in a seven-game thriller in the First Round.
