Sacramento Kings · As one of the surprise teams of the 2022-23 NBA season, the Sacramento Kings are showing the world what they’re capable of on both ends of the floor. The LA Clippers found that out the hard way when they welcomed the Kings to town, as a Terence Davis steal and transition dunk showed they meant business. So did rookie Keegan Murray’s theft of John Wall, which turned into two points on offense thanks to Kevin Huerter rewarding Murray for his efforts with an assist. Huerter also comes up with a steal of his own while guarding Reggie Jackson, while Terance Mann meets a similar fate thanks to De’Aaron Fox’s quick hands picking Mann’s pocket. Domantas Sabonis punctuates his 10-for-11 shooting performance by rejecting Mann, as the Kings tallied seven steals and six blocks while forcing 17 turnovers. The Clippers shot just .355 percent and made only 9 of 33 three-point attempts in Sacramento’s 123-96 win on December 3, 2022. · State of Mint · State of Mint
