After six productive seasons with the Connecticut Sun that included a WNBA MVP award and four All-Star selections, Jones’ New York Liberty tenure has gotten off to a rousing start. In a tight contest against the Indiana Fever, the 6-foot-6 Jones showed off both her court awareness and passing ability as she snared a pass from Courtney Vandersloot in the post and patiently waited for Vandersloot to cut to the basket before hitting her teammate with a no-look, behind-the-back dish that resulted in a Liberty layup.
