Playing on his second team as a rookie, Buddy Hield’s acquisition paid immediate dividends for the Sacramento Kings. The sixth-overall pick in the 2016 NBA Draft found himself on the move from the New Orleans Pelicans at the trade deadline and gave an early glimpse of his shooting skills in his first game with his new squad. Hield beat Jamal Murray off the dribble with a slick behind-the-back maneuver before rising up and drilling a straightaway midrange jumper, finishing with 16 points in the team’s 116-100 victory on February 23, 2017.
