Sporting an 11-point fourth quarter lead, infinite space in the open floor and an opportunity to put a period on an impressive road victory, Murphy opts for the exclamation point, stretching out in Statue of Liberty-type fashion for an unfathomable one-handed cram in traffic. Beginning to pick up where he left off during last season’s brilliant sophomore campaign, Murphy III stabilized the second unit with nine points, three rebounds, two assists, one steal, one block, and a 3-pointer.
