When Evan Mobley picked up his fourth foul early in the third quarter of a tied Game 7, the Cleveland Cavaliers needed Jarrett Allen to carry the load. He did far more than that, posting a double-double in the period alone with 14 points and 10 rebounds as Cleveland outscored the Toronto Raptors 38-19 to blow the game open.
